One of the most successful sports figures of all time, Joe Gibbs coached the Washington Redskins for twelve seasons, leading them to eight playoff appearances, four NFC Championship titles, and three Super Bowl titles.  In 1996, Joe was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Retiring from football at the end of the 1992 season, Joe switched his focus to NASCAR.  Under his ownership Joe Gibbs Racing has won five championships: 2000, 2002, 2005, 2015, and 2019.  In 2020, he was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame.

In 2004, Joe rejoined the Washington Football Team as head coach and team president for a short time, resigned at the close of the 2007 season to spend more time with his family and to focus full-time on Joe Gibbs Racing.

A deeply committed Christian, Joe helped found Youth for Tomorrow, a youth home, private school, and counseling center for at-risk teenagers in the Washington DC metropolitan area.  Joe has also built a ministry through Joe Gibbs Racing called Game Plan for Life, which focuses on winning souls for Christ and teaching others how to live more God-centered lives.  Joe and his wife Pat live in Charlotte, North Carolina.  They have two sons and six grandchildren.

Kyle's passion to bring personal and community awakening to the nation began during his undergraduate studies at Taylor University in Upland, IN. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration and went on to earn a Masters in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
